I regret using these guys. They didnt finish the job they started and were very difficult to deal with to try and get them back to finish. They never finished the job and left behind many deficiencies. Im writing this now as I've got many deficiencies from the quality now on yop of the original ones. Simple things that should not fail from extra cost options. I knoew someone that knew their family and recommended them. They dont treat anyone well. This review is about the installers only. Had one window glass replaced due to 'fogging' after about 25 years. Oasis sent Swarn Sohi and Lovepreet Aulakh and they did a good job replacing the glass. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…. Their product is falling apart after 1 year.  Their customer service is non existent. VERY dishonest people. I had to go through my credit card company to be reimbursed for product i did not receive. I would rate a ZERO if i could.. Edit - these bozos build the crappiest windows. even after they came and repaired the windows , they failed again a couple months later… the springs they had installed to carry the load of the vertical window was WAY undersized… the window weighed 22 lbs and they used springs only capable of supporting 14lbs…. How is it possible to be that incompetent as a WINDOW MANUFACTURER… buy a scale and use the appropriate hardware… they obviously lack even the most basic knowledge of manufacturing windows…. As you can see this is quality how they delivered the windows uneven, mismatched, glue coming out of joints, not wrapped and many more . After so much back and forth with their whole management they promised to fix the problem and deliver new ones . Week later they re fixed/adjust the same frames and delivered it. I left with no choice as house had to move to next step for inspection and security reasons. Now I’m having a hard time opening them as sliders hits the frames. I wish I could give them 0 star. I know I have suffered but hope some can learn from my mistake and not to repeat the mistake by choosing this company. Please note :- year later windows are starting to leak. See the pics attached . Update :- this review has seen by over 80,000 ppl and yet there is no effort and lack of response from company side. Seems like they do not care . Stay away! This company installed multiple defective windows with clear quality issues. They had to come back multiple times to replace them. The windows had black smudges and glue visible between each glass layer. One of our windows completely molded inside in under a year. They damaged window frames during replacements and scratched walls. They used dirty ladders that left marks on our carpets, which were difficult to remove. The staff even complained about having to come back so many times! My biggest issue was the level of disrespect they showed to our house and family. During a window replacement, the staff left razor blades on the ground in my garden, sidewalk, and even around my children's outdoor toys. This company was used for a new build, and our contractor was also unhappy with the service and quality of the windows. It was very difficult to get them to commit to a time to come do their work. They often did not show up when they said they would and came at unexpected times.
